What are the classifications of EPS Shape Moulding Machine
EPS Shape Moulding Machine is divided into vertical EPS Shape Moulding Machine and horizontal EPS Shape Moulding Machine.
1. Vertical EPS Shape Moulding Machine. Vertical EPS Shape Moulding Machine is divided into semi-automatic control vertical molding machine and fully automatic control vertical molding machine.
The semi-automatic vertical forming machine is subdivided into two categories: the lower model plate is fixed, the upper model plate is opened and closed up and down, and multiple material guns are simultaneously shot from the side of the upper mold. The upper model plate is fixed, and the lower model plate is opened and closed to complete the mold closing and taking the foam pattern, and realize the simultaneous feeding of multiple material guns from the top surface of the upper mold.
2. Horizontal EPS Shape Moulding Machine. It is placed in the box body lost foam mold of the horizontal molding machine. The two air chambers are separately installed on the air chamber sealing plate. When foaming, each cavity can control the foaming process independently to obtain the best foaming effect. The cylinder is used to automatically pull the core to reduce the demolding time and prevent the demoulding deformation. When the EPS Shape Moulding Machine is opened, the two foam patterns are demolded at the same time, which saves the molding time of the entire product. The mold design of this type of structure disappears. All aspects of mold design represent advanced design concepts and ideas of lost foam molds, which are the pinnacle of lost foam molds.
Taking the box as an example to introduce the most representative mold design of automatic core pulling and ejection in the lost foam mold, the main steps are as follows:
1. Analyze the possibility of foam plastic pattern forming, the shape is large, the wall thickness of the part is 12mm, the structure is complex, and the batch is large, which is suitable for lost foam casting.
2. Considering the easy bonding of the foam pattern and the simple design of the mold structure, the foam pattern is divided into six large pieces and four small pieces on the horizontal EPS Shape Moulding Machine for bonding and forming.
3. The mold design is carried out separately for the foamed plastic pattern that has been divided into pieces. Take the last single mold design from the right as an example, and introduce the mold design process: parting surface design; material gun design; mold structure design; cooling pipe design.
4. Assemble the individually designed molds on a set of air chamber sealing plates.
